The service

AutoDM sends Instagram direct messages — and, where you enable it, public replies to comments — automatically when people comment on your content or reply to your stories, according to rules you configure. Public replies appear under the commenter's comment on Instagram. The service is provided free of charge. AutoDM is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.

Your responsibilities

• You must comply with the Instagram Terms of Use and Meta Platform Terms. AutoDM uses the official Meta Graph API only.
• Do not use AutoDM to spam, harass, or send unsolicited bulk messages. You are responsible for the content of the DMs your rules send.
• Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to operate. You must be able to grant the required Instagram Business/Creator permissions.
• Keep your message templates truthful. Don't promise what the DM won't deliver.

Acceptable automation

AutoDM includes per-account daily limits, duplicate protection and opt-out handling to help you stay within Meta's rules. Attempting to circumvent these safeguards, or using the service in ways Meta prohibits, may result in your account being suspended.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Instagram 's platform behavior is outside our control — delivery speed and reliability depend on Meta's APIs. We are not liable for account restrictions, lost reach, or damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using AutoDM and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll notify active users by email before the change takes effect.
